Randy Cook

President and CEO

Randy has over 25 years in the billing and collection industry. His career path began in nursing which ultimately led to a career in the billing and receivable management industry. He obtained his initial industry experience as a collector and Manager with Allied Bond where he was recognized as the best collector in the country for Shell Oil Corporation.
Utilizing the knowledge gained with Allied Bond he successfully launched the medical receivable division of CRW Financial Services prior to being acquired by NCO.
Randy combined his healthcare and collections expertise to create PRN which concentrates solely in revenue cycle management.
As President and CEO of PRN Randy has revolutionized the way medical follow-up and collections are performed. His values of hard work and dedication to the care of each client and employee have been instilled in PRN.

Kathleen Sweeney

Chief Operating Officer

Kathleen Sweeney Jass, Chief Operating Officer and Partner, brings over twenty years of entrepreneurial and management experience to PRN. Kathleen's areas of concentration are in management, operations, human resources, client services, and finance.
Currently a Fellow at The Wharton School, Kathleen holds a Master's of Business Organizations from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed Wharton's Executive Education Program - Finance/Wealth Management.
She is a Trustee of The Cooper University Health System Foundation. She is on the Revenue Committee of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and a member of the American Association of Healthcare Administration.
Kathleen lives with her husband, Daniel Jass, M.D., in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Don Saleski

Executive Vice President

Don Saleski is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of business experience in management, sales, marketing, strategic planning, operations, human resources, and finance.
He played with the Philadelphia Flyers (1973-1974 and 1974-1975 Stanley Cup Champions) followed by the Colorado Rockies for a total of 9 seasons in the National Hockey League.
Following his professional hockey career he enjoyed 18 successful years as an Executive with ARAMARK. His responsibilities began as a Director of Sales with ARAMARK corporate dining division which led to positions of increased responsibility: Vice President Sales Sports and Recreation, National Sales Vice President, Regional President Corporate dining and Area President Sports and Entertainment. As Area President he led the acquisition integration of Harry M Stevens whose customers included; Fenway Park, Shea Stadium, Houston Astrodome and Churchill Downs.
He also served as Executive Vice President with SMG responsible for the acquisition and development of arenas in the US and abroad. In 2000 he was recruited by Club Systems Group, the premier technology provider in the private club industry, as President and COO.
Having enjoyed many successful years in the sports and corporate worlds, he then founded Business Edge Development, a sales and marketing enterprise which ultimately lead to joining the PRN team.
Today he is the Executive Vice President of Professional Receivables Network (PRN) - a Cherry Hill, NJ based Healthcare receivables Management Company.
Don believes firmly in his responsibility to give back to the community. He was a former Board member of After School All-stars, Breast Cancer.org, and Community Treatment Solutions. He is currently President of the Philadelphia Flyers Alumni, Chairman of BLOCS (Business Leaders Organizer for Catholic Schools) Board and on the Riddle Hospital Foundation Board.

Dave Huber Esq.

Chief Compliance Officer

Dave Huber, our Chief Compliance Officer has over fifteen years’ experience as an attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Huber brings the unique perspective of a myriad of experience on both sides of the debtor and creditor landscape.  He has over eight years of experience climbing through the ranks of third party collections that lead to defense representation of agencies.  He also has worked in consumer bankruptcy and related financial advocacy.  This breadth of experience helps him as the Chief Compliance Officer for Sage to both have an empathetic understanding of consumer issues along with the difficulty in having our corporation be ahead of the curve in the regulatory and litigation environment

Bob Wands

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Wands joined Sage Capital in March of 2011 as Director of Operations and has risen to the position of Vice President of Operations. Having begun as a collector himself over twenty years ago; Bob brings a generation of experience and growth through the changes of our industry.   Mr. Wands has tailored his performance for our clients by providing strong analytical skills to create competitive recovery results.  He prides himself on providing a personal touch in all areas of his position; with every Sage team member and every client he directly deals with.
